Sub-Processors

The Remote Suite uses the following third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to host and process our application data. We do not store any Slack user data. Slack User IDs are fetched in real time and not retained.

Vercel, Inc.

Purpose: Hosting and serving our web application (frontend and backend functions).

Data Processed: Application runtime data and network traffic.

Location: Global (primarily USA & EU).

Neon (Neon.tech)

Purpose: Managed PostgreSQL database hosting for application data.

Data Processed: Only The Remote Suite's internal application data. No Slack user data is stored.

Location: Global regions depending on deployment.

Data Processing Notes

Slack data is never stored in Vercel or Neon.
Slack user information (User ID) is only fetched at the moment of sending an applause message and discarded immediately.

Updates to This List

We will notify customers of any material changes to our sub-processor list in accordance with our policies.
